The Problem

Running several products in parallel fragments context across tasks, decisions, and roles. Speed without control soon turns into rework.

How LAF Works

The system defines one delivery loop:

• roles and responsibilities for people and AI agents;
• stages from problem definition to release;
• mandatory quality checks before work moves forward;
• recorded decisions, risks, and cross-product dependencies.

AI does not replace managerial accountability here. Agents accelerate preparation and execution; explicit roles, artifacts, and gates keep the work controlled and reviewable.

Status

This is my own product, which I use in personal development work. LAF is not open source; I am considering options for commercializing it.
