He took over the Decision Engine project as IT Lead in late September 2024, formed the team by November, started development in December, and launched the product in April 2025. Average time to market for product changes is 14 days; after the offer calculation and formation strategy was redesigned, the share of offers resulting in a completed banking product increased by 30%.
