DELIVERY · OPERATING MODEL
I build the full loop from demand and resource planning through development, testing, release, operations, and feedback. The process is adapted to the product and organizational constraints.
Experience: team formation, dependency and risk management, and taking a new product from development start to production in five months.
ARCHITECTURE · RISK
I review target architecture, integration, performance, reliability, and technical debt. I frame options in terms of business consequences and the cost of change.
Experience: real-time and batch systems, big data, event-driven architecture, and high-load banking environments.
TEAM · ORGANISATION
I design team structures and collaboration, hire key specialists, grow leaders, and establish clear accountability. I also build expert communities and knowledge-sharing practices.
Experience: several full-cycle teams; Tech Guilds with a core of 20+ experts and more than 1,000 cases reviewed.
AI · ENGINEERING
I use AI agents where they can accelerate preparation and execution without weakening control. Roles, artifacts, quality checks, and human accountability remain mandatory.
Personal R&D: LAF for managing several products and Dev Planning for planning the work of a large team.
TALK · WORKSHOP
I speak about real-time systems, engineering leadership, data, and responsible AI-assisted delivery. I can also facilitate a focused case review with a team.
