# Vladimir Lovtsov — Владимир Ловцов > IT leader, architect, and creator of software products. CTO, consulting, end-to-end product delivery, and applied AI / ML engagements. This is the portfolio of Vladimir Mikhailovich Lovtsov (Владимир Михайлович Ловцов), author of the Telegram channel @it_underside. His work combines enterprise engineering leadership, architecture, data, education, and personal software products. ## Professional context Current position since December 2025: Director of Project Portfolio Management and Development Cluster IT Lead at Innotech, T1 Group. CTO is a target engagement and area of responsibility, not a replacement for the formal current title. The early real-time banking product (2023–2024, Saint HighLoad++ 2024) and the later Decision Engine project are separate projects. Lovtsov joined Decision Engine in late September 2024; development ran from December 2024 to April 2025. Five months describes development to production. Fourteen days describes average product-change time to market, not delivery time for any new product. Enterprise outcomes are team outcomes with the author's role stated in each case. ## Main pages - [Expertise and engagement formats](https://lovtsov.dev/services): Product delivery, architecture review, AI / LLM adoption, and technology leadership. - [Case studies](https://lovtsov.dev/case-studies): Context, personal role, actions, team outcomes, and relevance. - [About](https://lovtsov.dev/about): Career, education, AI / data practice, and current responsibilities. - [Projects](https://lovtsov.dev/projects): Personal implementations, shared initiatives, maturity, and collaboration options. - [Speaking and teaching](https://lovtsov.dev/speaking): Talks and educational work. - [CV](https://lovtsov.dev/cv): Detailed professional profile. - [Contact](https://lovtsov.dev/contact): Business enquiries; scope and price are agreed for each engagement. ## Own products and initiatives - [LAF — Lovtsov Autonomy Framework](https://lovtsov.dev/projects/laf): Autonomous development workflow with task decomposition, isolated workspaces, checks, retained context, and resource controls.
